The Raimondo Firm has just filed a Class Action Lawsuit on behalf of the residents of Suffolk County. We are fighting for the return of an unauthorized “administration fee” under the Red Light Camera Program in the amount of $30.00 per ticket. The Red Light Camera Program was authorized by the legislature and statute at no cost to the taxpayers. More to come on the topic of the flawed engineering behind the red light camera program which forces red light running.
